Production Leadership

Over the past 16+ years, I have led production teams, broadcast systems, and technical operations across live events, concerts, and large-scale production environments. My experience spans live entertainment, broadcast production, lighting systems, team development, production infrastructure, and event operations. Throughout my career, I have supported concerts and events featuring some of the industry's leading Christian artists, while also managing production operations at Without Walls Church and contributing to one of the nation's most influential church production environments at Long Hollow Church. Across every role, I have remained focused on building reliable systems, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional live experiences for both in-person and digital audiences.

My background combines technical expertise with operational leadership, allowing me to bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution.
